How can DayClips help my office?
DayClips provides a complete appointment scheduling system for your business or office. With DayClips you are able to accept appointments made online, in person, or by telephone, and combine all appointments into one unified calendar. DayClips is simple to use. All you need is an Internet connection and a browser. Go to DayClips Features and Services to learn about the many ways DayClips can help your business.
How does a service provider register with DayClips?
Click "New Service Provider" registration button. Then follow the pages for adding your information. You will receive login information by reply email. It is important to set up your list of services and appointment calendar under "Settings" to complete and fully activate your listing with the DayClips directory. Adding appointment scheduling to your listing allows clients to make online appointments with your business.
DayClips also offers free setup for service providers. Just upload our free Service Provider Setup and send it by FAX or as an attachment to support@DayClips.com.
How does a client or patient schedule an appointment?
Anyone may use DayClips to schedule appointments with our registered service providers. Users may encourage their service provider to sign up with DayClips for reliable, and easy-to-use appointment scheduling. DayClips is web-based so you don’t need to download any software. All you need is an Internet connection. A user has their own calendar on DayClips to view their appointments.
How does a service provider schedule appointments with DayClips?
First set up your account. Go to "Register Now" on the Home Page to set up your account. You will need to provide your email address and choose a username and password. Appointment scheduling with DayClips is easy.

You may use DayClips to make appointments with anyone on our list of service providers who use DayClips for easy-to-use appointment scheduling. DayClips is web-based so you don't need to download any software. All you need is an Internet connection.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Users who wish to schedule an appointment with a service provider click "Appointment Scheduling" on the opening page of DayClips. Then select one of the listed service providers. The service provider is the person or business that offers online appointment scheduling on DayClips. You may then choose a specific type of service. You will see a calendar to choose the date for your appointment. Select the hour. If you are a new user please click "Register Here" and submit your username and password.
You have the option of scheduling recurrent appointments. If you desire email reminders for recurrent appointments, click "Schedule Recurrent Appointments". The recurrent appointment scheduling option enables you to specify when you receive email appointment reminders. DayClips is comprehensive and easy to use.
Will other people see my appointments?
No. Only you and the service provider will be able to see your appointments. To everyone else, your appointment will appear as unavailable time (or available time depending on the number of clients an office can accommodate at the same time).
How do I ensure that I receive emails from DayClips?
Your Internet service uses filters to prevent unsolicited messages from crowding your inbox. Some times the filtering can prevent "good" messages from reaching you, too. To ensure you receive your DayClips emails, please add Support@DayClips.com to your address book. Click email service for simple instructions.
How do I backup my appointment schedule?
The backup feature on DayClips is available for professional providers. To access this feature, go to the Settings page and click Reports. Then select Appointment Report and Backup. Select the period of time for backup. Then click either Export to Excel or Print to obtain your backup list of appointments.
How does DayClips work with my website?
If you already have a website, simply sign up with DayClips. Then go to the Settings section. Go to Special Services and follow the instructions for adding a link to your page on DayClips. Visitors to your website will be able to click on the link that takes them directly to your appointment scheduling page on DayClips. If you don't have a website, you may use DayClips directly.
How can I add an audiovisual presentation to my DayClips listing?
After registration, go to Special Services in the Settings section to embed your YouTube or audiovisual presentation.
I am an administrator for a facility that schedules patients. How may I book patients on DayClips?
Sign up with DayClips as usual. Use your identification number, username, password, whenever booking an appointment for someone under your care. But remember to provide the patient's name in the Notes section when scheduling an appointment. In your DayClips calendar section, go to My Appointments and you will see the name and corresponding appointment date. Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions regarding scheduling for other individuals.
How can I schedule for other members of my family?
Sign up with DayClips. Use your identification number, username, and password, when booking an appointment for a son, daughter, or other family member. Remember to provide the actual patient's name in the Notes section when scheduling an appointment. The My Appointments tab in your DayClips calendar will display the person for the appointment and the corresponding appointment date. Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions regarding scheduling for other individuals.
Is DayClips secure and HIPAA compliant?
DayClips adheres to HIPAA standards and constantly reviews and updates internal processes to protect personal information. There are several layers of security built into the DayClips service to give users and service providers added peace of mind. The information handled by DayClips is encrypted using advanced technology. The details of appointment information are not stored by DayClips. This means that DayClips does not see or maintain appointment data. Our server is located behind secure firewalls. See our
